တောင်စောင်းတွေ ဒါမှမဟုတ် ကုန်းမြင့်ပေါ်မှာ အိမ်တစ်လုံး ဆောက်တော့မယ်ဆိုရင် အိမ်အောက်က မြေကြီးတွေ ပြိုမကျသွားအောင် ဘယ်လိုကာကွယ်ကြမလဲ?

ဒီပုံလေးထဲမှာ ပြထားတဲ့ "မြေထိန်းနံရံ" (Retaining Walls) ဆိုတာ မြေကြီးတွေ ပြိုမကျအောင် တားဆီးပေးတဲ့ "မြေကြီးရဲ့ သက်တော်စောင့်များ" ပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ လူတိုင်း နားလည်အောင် စိတ်ဝင်စားစရာ နည်းလမ်းလေးတွေနဲ့ ရှင်းပြပေးပါ့မယ်။

🛡️ ၁။ မြေကြီးရဲ့ "တွန်းအား" ကို နားလည်ခြင်း
တောင်ပေါ်မှာ အဆောက်အဦးတစ်ခု ဆောက်လိုက်ရင် အဲဒီအလေးချိန်ကြောင့် မြေကြီးတွေက အောက်ကို လျှောကျချင်ကြပါတယ်။ ဒါကို Earth Pressure (Ea) လို့ ခေါ်ပါတယ်။ မြေထိန်းနံရံရဲ့ အဓိက အလုပ်ကတော့ ဒီ "တွန်းအား" ကို ပြန်အောင့်ထားပေးဖို့ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

🏗️ ၂။ "သက်တော်စောင့်" (၃) မျိုးရဲ့ စွမ်းဆောင်ရည်
ပုံရဲ့ ညာဘက်ခြမ်းမှာ မြေကြီးကို ကာကွယ်ပေးမယ့် သူရဲကောင်း (၃) ယောက်အကြောင်း ပြထားပါတယ်။

(က) ကျောက်ဆူးတပ် နံရံ (Anchored Wall) - "တောင်တက်သမား"
သူ့ရဲ့ လျှို့ဝှက်ချက်: ဒီနံရံက တောင်တက်သမားတစ်ယောက်လိုပါပဲ။ နံရံကို မြေကြီးထဲ၊ ကျောက်သားထဲအထိ သံချောင်းအရှည်ကြီးတွေ (Anchors) နဲ့ ရိုက်သွင်းပြီး ချိတ်ထားတာပါ။

ဘယ်လိုစဉ်းစားမလဲ: နံရံမျက်နှာပြင်က အပိတ် (Solid) လား၊ ဒါမှမဟုတ် ဇကာကွက်လိုမျိုးလား ဆိုတာပေါ်မူတည်ပြီး ခံနိုင်ရည်အားကို တွက်ချက်ရပါတယ်။

(ခ) ဆွဲအားသုံး နံရံ (Gravity Wall) - "ဆူမိုနပန်းသမား"
သူ့ရဲ့ လျှို့ဝှက်ချက်: သူကတော့ ခန္ဓာကိုယ် အရမ်းထွားတဲ့ ဆူမိုနပန်းသမားလိုပါပဲ။ သူ့ရဲ့ ကိုယ်ပိုင် "အလေးချိန်" နဲ့တင် မြေကြီးတွန်းတာကို ခံနိုင်ရည်ရှိပါတယ်။ ကျောက်တုံးကြီးတွေကို ထုထည်ကြီးကြီး စီထားတဲ့ နံရံမျိုးပေါ့။

သတိထားရမှာက: အမြင့် ၅ မီတာထက် ကျော်သွားရင်တော့ ပိုပြီး ဘေးကင်းအောင် မြေကြီးရဲ့ တွန်းအားကို (၁.၂ ဆ) လောက် ပိုတွက်ပြီး နံရံကို ပိုခိုင်အောင် လုပ်ရပါမယ်။

(ဂ) တန်းဆက်နံရံ (Cantilever Wall) - "ယောဂဆရာ"
သူ့ရဲ့ လျှို့ဝှက်ချက်: သူကတော့ ခန္ဓာကိုယ် သေးသွယ်ပေမယ့် ဟန်ချက် (Balance) ကို သုံးပြီး ထိန်းထားတဲ့ ယောဂဆရာလိုပါပဲ။ L-ပုံစံ နံရံဖြစ်လို့ မြေကြီးရဲ့ အလေးချိန်က သူ့ရဲ့ အောက်ခြေပြားပေါ်ကို ဖိထားပေးပါတယ်။ အဲဒီဖိအားကို ပြန်သုံးပြီး မြေကြီးကို ပြန်ထိန်းထားတာပါ။

ထူးခြားချက်: နံရံက အရမ်းရှည်ရင် ဒါမှမဟုတ် မြေကြီးက အရမ်းတွန်းရင် နံရံကွေးသွားတတ်လို့ နည်းလမ်းမျိုးစုံနဲ့ ဂရုတစိုက် တွက်ချက်ရပါတယ်။

💡 ၃။ ဘယ်နံရံကို ရွေးမလဲ? (ဒီဇိုင်းလျှို့ဝှက်ချက်)
နံရံတစ်ခုကို မဆောက်ခင် အချက် (၂) ချက်ကို ကြည့်ရပါတယ်။

အချိုးအစား: အိမ်က ကုန်းစောင်းနဲ့ ဘယ်လောက်ဝေးလဲ? တောင်က ဘယ်လောက်မြင့်လဲ? (A နှင့် H အချိုး)

မြေအမျိုးအစား: မြေကြီးက ရွှံ့မြေလား၊ ကျောက်သားလား ဆိုတာပေါ် မူတည်ပြီး သင့်တော်တဲ့ သက်တော်စောင့် (နံရံအမျိုးအစား) ကို ရွေးချယ်ရတာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

အနှစ်ချုပ်ရရင် - မြေထိန်းနံရံဆိုတာ မြေကြီးတွန်းတဲ့အားကို တိုက်ခိုက်နေရတဲ့ သူရဲကောင်းတွေပါ။ အခြေအနေပေါ်မူတည်ပြီး "မြေကြီးထဲကို ကျောက်ဆူးနဲ့ ချိတ်မလား"၊ "အလေးချိန်နဲ့ ဖိထားမလား" ဒါမှမဟုတ် "ဟန်ချက်နဲ့ ထိန်းမလား" ဆိုတာကို ပညာသားပါပါ ရွေးချယ်ရတာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

🕵️‍♂️ ၁။ လုပ်ငန်းစဉ် - မြေအောက်ကမ္ဘာကို စုံထောက်စစ်စစ်ခြင်း
မြေစစ်တယ်ဆိုတာ မြေကြီးကို "စကားပြောခိုင်း" တာနဲ့ တူပါတယ်။

မြေအောက်ကို ခေါ်ယူစစ်ဆေးခြင်း (Drilling & Sampling): ဒါဟာ မြေကြီးရဲ့ DNA ကို ယူတာပါ။ စက်ကြီးတွေနဲ့ မြေကြီးထဲကို အပေါက်ဖောက်ပြီး "ဒီအောက်မှာ ဘာတွေပုန်းနေလဲ" ဆိုတာကို နမူနာယူပါတယ်။ သဲလား၊ ရွှံ့စေးလား၊ ဒါမှမဟုတ် ကျောက်ခဲကြီးတွေလားဆိုတာ ဖော်ထုတ်တာပါ။

မြေကြီးကို "ထိုးနှက်" စမ်းသပ်ခြင်း (The SPT Test): ဒါကတော့ စိတ်ဝင်စားဖို့ကောင်းပါတယ်။ ဝန်တစ်ခုနဲ့ မြေကြီးထဲကို ရိုက်သွင်းပြီး "မင်း ဘယ်လောက်မာလဲ" လို့ မေးတာပါ။ အချက်ပေါင်းများစွာ ရိုက်မှဝင်ရင် ဒီမြေကြီးဟာ လူမိုက်လိုပဲ သန်မာတယ်၊ တစ်ချက်တည်းနဲ့ ကျွံဝင်သွားရင်တော့ ဒီမြေကြီးကို ယုံလို့မရဘူးဆိုတာ သိလိုက်ရတာပေါ့။

ဓာတ်ခွဲခန်းထဲက စစ်ဆေးမေးမြန်းခြင်း (Lab Analysis): ယူလာတဲ့ မြေသားတွေကို ဓာတ်ခွဲခန်းထဲမှာ ရေနဲ့စိမ်တယ်၊ ဖိညှစ်တယ်၊ မီးရှို့တယ်။ ဒီမြေကြီးဟာ ရေနဲ့တွေ့ရင် ပွလာမှာလား၊ အပေါ်က အလေးချိန်ဖိရင် ကျွံသွားမှာလားဆိုတဲ့ "သူ့ရဲ့ စရိုက်အမှန်" ကို ဖော်ထုတ်တာပါ။

🏗️ ၂။ ဘာကြောင့် ဒါဟာ "အသက်" ဖြစ်ရတာလဲ (Importance)
မြေမစစ်ဘဲ အိမ်ဆောက်တာဟာ "မျက်စိမှိတ်ပြီး လမ်းလျှောက်တာ" နဲ့ အတူတူပါပဲ။

"ပီဆာမျှော်စင်" မဖြစ်စေဖို့: အီတလီက ပီဆာမျှော်စင်ကြီး စောင်းနေတာဟာ မြေသားအောက်က မာတလှည့် ပျော့တလှည့် ဖြစ်နေတာကို မသိခဲ့လို့ပါ။ မြေစစ်ထားရင် သင့်အိမ်ဟာ ရာစုနှစ်ချီပြီး မတ်မတ်ရပ်နေမှာပါ။

ပိုက်ဆံ မဖြုန်းတီးဖို့: တချို့က မြေကြီးက အရမ်းမာနေတာတောင် မသိဘဲ ဖောင်ဒေးရှင်းကို အကြီးကြီးတွေ ဆောက်တတ်ကြပါတယ်။ ဒါဟာ ပိုက်ဆံကို မြေကြီးထဲ ဒီအတိုင်း ပစ်ချလိုက်တာနဲ့ တူတူပါပဲ။ မြေစစ်လိုက်ရင် "လိုအပ်သလောက်ပဲ" သုံးရလို့ ပိုက်ဆံချွေတာရာ ရောက်ပါတယ်။

အိပ်ပျော်တဲ့ညများ ပိုင်ဆိုင်ဖို့: မိုးသည်းသည်းရွာလို့ မြေကြီးတွေ ပျော့လာတဲ့အခါ သင့်အိမ်ကြီး အက်ကွဲလာမလားဆိုတဲ့ စိုးရိမ်စိတ် မရှိတော့ဘဲ စိတ်အေးလက်အေး အိပ်နိုင်တာဟာ မြေစစ်ခြင်းရဲ့ အကြီးမားဆုံး ဆုလာဘ်ပါပဲ။
