1. Key Responsibilities:
*Administration*
- Supervise overall office operations, supplies, facilities, and equipment maintenance.
- Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and systems.
- Ensure compliance with company rules and legal/regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with project teams for administrative support.
*Human Resources (HR)*
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR files.
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll preparation support.
- Implement HR policies, performance appraisal, and staff development programs.
- Support employee engagement, workplace culture, and conflict resolution.
*Finance & Accounts Support*
- Oversee cash flow, petty cash management, and expense tracking.
- Liaise with external accountants/auditors for bookkeeping and tax filing.
- Prepare monthly financial summaries and management reports.
- Monitor budget usage and cost-control measures.
- Ensure proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and financial records.
*2. Experience:*
- Minimum 3โ5 years of experience in administration, HR, or finance roles.
- Prior experience in construction, interior design, or project-based industry is an advantage.
- Proven track record of managing office operations and supporting senior management.
*3. Skills & Competencies:*
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and payroll process.
- Basic accounting and financial management knowledge.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and decision-making ability.
