#လျှပ်စစ်ဓာတ်အားခွဲရုံ_တလုံးဆောက်ဖို့အတွက်_MS(Methods of Statement) ဘယ်လောက်လောက် Clients/Consultants/Employers ကို တင်ပြဖို့ လိုနိုင်လဲ??
International project တွေမှာ များသောအားဖြင့် လုပ်ငန်းမစတင်ခင် clients approval အတွက်တင်ရမည့် Documents တွေများစွာရှိပါတယ်။ MS ဆိုတာ ထို documents များစွာထဲမှ တခုဖြစ်ပြီး siteထဲမှာ တကယ့်လုပ်ငန်းမစတင်ခင် ကိုယ်လုပ်မယ့်အလုပ်ကို မည်သို့မည်ပုံလုပ်မည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း ပုံတွေ ၊ စာတွေ ၊ flowchartတွေ ၊guidline တွေ၊ employer requirementsတွေ၊ refrenceတွေနဲ့အတူ safety and enviromental controlling process တွေပါတွဲပြီး အမှန်တကယ် လုပ်နိုင်တာတွေကို ထိထိမိမိ ရှင်းရှင်းလင်းလင်း မြင်သာအောင်ဖော်ပြထားသော documentsတခုဖြစ်ပါသည်။
Engineers တွေ စပြီးအလုပ်များတဲ့ ကိစ္စဆိုလည်းမမှားပါဘူး။(စလာတာနဲ့ MS submission plan တင်ပါပဲ။ပြီးတော့ approved ရဖို့ဆိုတာလွယ်တာမှတ်လို့ တချို့ဟာတွေဆို နှစ်ချီကြာပြီး လုပ်ခါနီးမှ meetingတွေအတင်းလုပ်ပြီး approvalတောင်းရတာမျိုးတွေတောင်ရှိခဲ့ဖူးတယ်။ဘာလို့ဆို တချို့သောကိစ္စတွေဟာ safety & qualityနဲ့ညှိပြီး budgetကိုလာနွယ်နေတတ်တာကိုး)။
MSတခုသည် မည့်သည့်project မဆိုသုံးလို့ရအောင်တကြိမ်တခါတည်းပဲ ပြုလုပ်လို့ မရနိုင်ပါ။ အကယ်၍ installation/construction အတွက်same menthods ဖြစ်နေရင်တောင်မှ အနည်းဆုံးတော့ project locationတွေ specific attached drawings တွေ employer requirementsတွေ တူနိုင်မည်မဟုတ်တဲ့အတွက်ကြောင့်ပါ။
(နောက်မှ MSတစောင်မှာပါသင့်သည့်အချက်တွေနှင့် attachmentsတွေကို လက်ရှိသုံးနေသော sampleတခုပြပြီး အသေးစိတ်ရေးပါဦးမည်။)
ယခုဖော်ပြထားသော MS summary listသည် project requirements/ Employer & Consultants requirementsနဲ့ work scope ပေါ်မူတည်ပြီး အတိုး အလျှော့ရှိနိုင်ပါသည်။
ထပ်ဆောင်းအကြံပြုလိုသည်မှာ လုပ်ငန်းခေါင်းစဥ်တခုခြင်းစီခွဲရေးတာကောင်းတယ်၊ တူရာတူရာပေါင်းပြီးနည်းနည်းပဲရေးတာကောင်းတယ်မဟုတ်ပဲ မိမိက Employer/consultantရဲ့သဘောတူညီမှုကို လုပ်ငန်းမစတင်ခင် ယူချင်တဲ့အကြောင်းအရာမျိုး၊ပါကိုပါသင့်တဲ့mainအကြောင်းအရာမျိုး နဲ့ Employer/consultants က သိချင်လို့တောင်းဆိုနိုင်တာမျိုးတွေကို ရေးသင့်ပါတယ်။
