Job Description (JD)
โข Develop and execute product strategies for medical device portfolio
โข Conduct market research and competitor analysis
โข Provide clinical and technical support to sales team and clients
โข Deliver product training and demonstrations to healthcare professionals
โข Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and hospital stakeholders
โข Monitor product performance and gather user feedback for improvements
โข Coordinate with regulatory team for product compliance and registration
โข Assist in marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities
โข Manage inventory, forecasting, and supply chain coordination
โข Travel frequently for hospital visits, conferences, and fieldwork
Job Specification (JS)
โข B.Med.Tech (Physiotherapy)
โข 1โ3 years of experience in medical device, healthcare, or clinical setting (preferred)
โข Strong understanding of physiotherapy practices and medical devices
โข Rehabilitation, orthopedics and physiotherapy modalities knowledge
โข Product demonstration, clinical application, and troubleshooting
โข Ability to translate clinical needs into product solutions
โข Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
โข Strong analytical and strategic thinking mindset
โข Committed to continuous professional development and product knowledge
โข Willing to travel domestically and internationally as required
