Job Description:
• Design & Draft for Plumbing System, Sanitary System, Fire Protection System, ACMV System, Solar Water Heating System, Hot Water Heat Pump System
• Preparing BoQ/Estimate, Tender Document, Contract Document, Progress Claim & Invoice, Inquiry, Purchase Order, etc.
• Preparing Testing Sheets, Check List, Shop Drawing, As-build Drawings, Handover Document, etc.
• Leading/Organizing/Monitoring a Team for M&E Design & Draft, Tender BoQ & Document
• Project Planning/Scheduling, Project coordination, site supervision, and monitoring of the progress of site work to get project goal
• Managing a project team (consisting project engineer, site supervisor, foremen & sub-contractors)
• Attending meetings, Liaise with clients, consultants (Local or Oversea), relevant authorities, main-contractors or project management, sub-contractors, other parties (civil, structure, ceiling, tiling, painting, interior, etc.) on projects
• Site Inspection & Ensure all M&E works are performed on time and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice, approved drawings & specification and also with safety regulations
• Make sure all M&E works are as per contract scope of works. If not, getting approval & preparing VO
• Ensure recording & filings the document at head office & site
• Ensure the Project Goal with under budget
• Assisting/Reporting the Project Director/Project Manager in managing the projects
• Assist in installation and commissioning/Handling-Over for each project
Requirements:
• Degree in Master or Bachelor of Engineering Mechanical
• Over 6 years of relevant working experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the building & construction.
• Applying Carrier HAP (E20) software or other cooling load calculation software, Fan Selection Software, Microsoft Project Professional, AutoCAD 2D, Microsoft Office Word/Excel/Power Point
• Familiar with Code of Practice Singapore such as (ACMV, Water, Fire), Code of Practice Singapore on Sewerage & Sanitary, Myanmar Building Code, Uniform Plumbing 2009 (American Standard)
• Good knowledge in Building M&E services, with project site experience in ACMV Systems, Plumbing and Sanitary System, Fire Protection System for installations and maintenance.
• Reviewing and ensuring compliance, including drawings, reports, specifications, survey, access, and preparation of appraisals.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings and detect discrepancies for combined services.
• Self-driven, independent and team-player.
• Understand local legislations on M&E works.
• Good in English Four Skill
• Good in Communication Skill
• Certification in M&E Working Drawing, Design & Estimation
Salary: Kyat 1,500,000 or Negotiable
Age between 30 to 40
Office hour: Monday to Saturday (8:00 am to 4:30 pm)
Holiday: Sunday and Gazette holidays
