🔧 Project Spotlight: OKTA AD Skopje

At MZT Pumpi, we take pride in delivering reliable solutions where performance matters most. Our latest project with OKTA AD Skopje is a great example of our expertise in pump servicing and refurbishment.

💡 What we delivered:
✔️ Capital repair and servicing of:
• 1 End Suction Centrifugal Transfer Pump (NK-65/35-70)
• 2 End Suction Centrifugal Pumps (NK-560/335-70)

✔️ Full overhaul based on detailed defect analysis
✔️ Installation and commissioning at terminal facilities
✔️ Ready for safe and efficient transport of kerosene and diesel fuel

⚙️ Key activities included:
• Replacement of all sleeves and distance sleeves
• Installation of new bearings, seals, and bolts
• Integration of high-quality Burgmann mechanical seals
• Complete dismantling, internal cleaning, reassembly, and testing

🚀 After thorough testing, all units were successfully commissioned and are now fully operational at the OKTA terminal—ensuring efficiency, reliability, and long-term performance.

We are proud to share the successful production and delivery of 3 End Suction Centrifugal Pumps for the fuel oil terminal of KASTRATI SH.A in Albania.

The objective was the manufacturing and delivery of:
• 2 pump aggregates – SCP125-400
• 1 pump unit – S30CP40

Designed for reliable and efficient fuel oil transport.

🎉We are so excited that we have visited our long term client Oil Terminal Ploche in Croatia!🎉

One of the most important Oil Terminals which is responsible for reception, storage and manipulation of petrol products for overall Bosnia& Hercegovina, Southern Croatia and Montenegro!

Approximately 120 tanks are loaded each day with different petrol products, and our pumps ensure safe transport of these products throughout the Terminal!
We are proud to see that the oldest pumps that still operate without any repair are dated from 1979!
Different pumps from production programme of MZT Pumpi A.D were initially installed in 1981, and in 2018 they were replaced and capitally repaired for stable and safe operation!

We continue our successful partnership with our client Oil Terminal Ploche for another 40 years! 👏🏻

🔧 Successful Project Completion | Capital Repair & Servicing of two pumps model BCP200-2 🔧

We are proud to share the successful completion of a project for OKTA AD Skopje involving the capital repair and servicing of self-priming centrifugal petrol transfer pumps, model BCP200-2, originally manufactured by MZT Pumpi AD Skopje.

📌 Project scope
The project included capital repair, full servicing, installation, and commissioning of the pump for the needs of the OKTA terminal, ensuring reliable diesel transport operations.

⚙️ Pump technical data
• Year of production: 2003
• Capacity: 48 l/s
• Head: 40 m
• Motor: 55 kW / 1450 RPM

🛠️ Key activities performed by MZT Pumpi
✔ Replacement of all sleeves and distance sleeves
✔ Manufacturing and installation of a new vacuum impeller
✔ Replacement of new bearings, sealings, and all bolts
✔ Installation of a new Burgmann mechanical seal
✔ Complete dismantling, internal cleaning, testing, and commissioning on site

The pump was successfully tested and put back into operation at the client’s facility, ensuring optimal performance and long-term reliability.
