Ieri v-am prezentat transportorul cu racleți KKF970. Astăzi vă arătăm întregul sistem din care face parte: o instalație de uscare pentru tocătură de lemn și biomasă, care funcționează deja la un client din Uniunea Europeană.
Cum funcționează:
1️⃣ Materialul umed este încărcat la nivelul solului în transportorul KKF970
2️⃣ Transportorul îl urcă și îl distribuie în camerele de uscare
3️⃣ Aerul cald circulă prin material, reglat prin clapete de aer
4️⃣ Materialul uscat este evacuat automat cu snecuri și motoreductoare, direct în buncăr sau în remorcă

Yesterday we showed you our KKF970 chain scraper conveyor. Today, here's the complete system it belongs to: a drying plant for wood chips and biomass, already in operation at a client in the European Union.
How it works:
1️⃣ Wet material is loaded at ground level into the KKF970 conveyor
2️⃣ The conveyor lifts it and distributes it into the drying chambers
3️⃣ Warm air flows through the material, regulated by air dampers
4️⃣ Dried material is discharged automatically by screw augers and geared motors, directly into a bunker or trailer
What the plant includes:

Gestern haben wir Ihnen unseren Kettenkratzförderer KKF970 vorgestellt. Heute zeigen wir das komplette System, zu dem er gehört: eine Trocknungsanlage für Hackschnitzel und Biomasse, die bereits bei einem Kunden in der Europäischen Union im Einsatz ist.
So funktioniert es:
1️⃣ Das feuchte Material wird auf Bodenniveau in den Förderer KKF970 aufgegeben
2️⃣ Der Förderer hebt es an und verteilt es in die Trocknungskammern
3️⃣ Warmluft strömt durch das Material, geregelt über Luftklappen
4️⃣ Das getrocknete Material wird automatisch über Förderschnecken und Getriebemotoren ausgetragen, direkt in den Bunker oder auf den Anhänger
Die Anlage umfasst:
✅ Modulare Trocknungskammern aus Stahl mit verstärkter Konstruktion und Revisionsöffnungen
✅ Beschickungs- und Verteilsystem
✅ Luftklappen zur Steuerung der Trocknung
