s divers) elle assure la conception et l'accompagnement des projets ainsi que la supervision des trois autres entités. JLA CREATIVE - a été créé en 2007, cette division qui regroupe 35 collaborateurs (Architectes et Techniciens supérieurs) s'occupe des plans directeurs pour les projets de grande envergure (Resorts, complexes touristiques, ensemble immobilier, Palais, ...) et assure la conception et le suivi jusqu'à la livraison clés en main pour ces projets polyvalents et complexes. JLA DESIGN- fondée en 2002, cette structure composée de 25 architectes d'intérieurs et de profils polyvalents, est chargée de l'architecture d'intérieure et de la réalisation clés en mais des différents palaces et résidences privées confiés au Cabinet Jamal LAMIRI ALAOUI. JLA International Engineering - a été créé en 2006 à Abu Dhabi pour offrir nos services dans un marché à fort potentiel de croissance aux Emirats Arabes Unis et en Arabie Saoudite. Avec une équipe de profils variés de 60 personnes, elle supervise actuellement plusieurs projets touristiques et résidentiels de grande envergure dans la région.

Rising along the vibrant waterfront of Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, Sunset Tower is envisioned as a landmark of contemporary urban living. The proposed 35-storey mixed-use tower, reaching 140 meters in height, introduces a refined architectural presence that connects city life with the serenity of the waterfront landscape.

The design emphasizes fluid balcony forms, panoramic glazing, and layered terraces that capture sweeping views of the sea, skyline, and surrounding promenades. The tower’s sculpted façade creates a dynamic rhythm across its elevation while maximizing natural light and outdoor living spaces for residents.

The master plan organizes built forms around landscaped streets and pedestrian-friendly zones, creating a calm and structured living environment near the coast.

From aerial perspective to ground-level experience, the development reflects a strong urban framework — where architecture, circulation, and landscape work in harmony.

A contemporary 1,400 m² luxury villa designed to embrace its exceptional setting on Jubail Island. Overlooking the mangroves, the architecture projects confidently toward the sea, creating a strong visual connection between interior spaces and the coastal landscape.

Defined by clean horizontal lines, expansive glazing, and carefully framed terraces, the residence maximizes natural light and uninterrupted sea views from every bedroom. The aerodynamic composition enhances both performance and presence, while layered stone, wood soffits, and shaded outdoor living areas create a refined yet relaxed atmosphere.

From the pool terrace to the rooftop garden, each level is thoughtfully composed to balance privacy, openness, and panoramic views delivering a seamless dialogue between architecture and nature.

Set between Casablanca and Rabat, Bouznika Bay Resort is a landmark coastal development designed to bring together leisure, lifestyle, and landscape.

With a total site area of 141 hectares and a built-up area of over 472,000 m², the master plan integrates hotels, villas, golf, water features, and green corridors — offering a complete resort experience along Morocco’s Atlantic shoreline.

JLA Group led the project from start to finish, acting as Master Planner, Full Design Consultant, and Site Supervisor. Delivered in 2006, Bouznika Bay remains a reference for large-scale, resort-led planning with long-term regional impact.
