Many of my colleagues and friends sometimes asked me what's the AWP ?

Each stage is very important to ensure accuracy implementation of AWP in your project or program, as Program leader or project leader you have to focus on these three stages detailed below :

Il veut quoi???

Un client me donne le projet de son immeuble, et il me dit lors de la visite du site :

"Je voudrais faire mon business center ici"😅🙌
Un immeuble R+1 avec

Au RDC

✅ Un atelier de couture pour madame
✅ Un grande boutique
✅ Deux chambres pour quelques employés

À l'étage

✅Un grand restaurant

Maintenant arrivons à la dou.loureuse l'argent 😅.
Lorsque j'envoie ma proforma, il me fait comprendre qu'il n'a pas le genre d'argent là😂😂.

Il me dit qu'il a moins de 200.000 FCFA XAF😂
Ce qui est d'ailleurs très petit...

"SACHEZ QUE L'ARCHITECTE FACTURE EN FONCTION DE LA TAILLE ET DE LA COMPLEXITÉ DE VOTRE PROJET"

Tu ne peux pas dire que tu veux construire un projet où tu dépenseras au moins 30 millions (FCFA XAF) et ne pas être prêt à dépenser entre 2.5 et 3 millions pour les études 😅.

Même si on gère à l'amiable on n'arrivera jamais à 200 milles...👂

Gros projet = gros argent💯
