Sino Mould has been specializing in injection molds for more than 20 years. For many years, pipe fittings have been a key project of Sino Mould. All kinds of pipe molds such as Straight-through, Tee, Elbow, etc. Our company are all involved. And the function types of pipe fitting molds are:

1. Water supply and drainage system.

4. Ventilation and exhaust system

There are many types of pipe fittings on the market, the materials are PVC, UPVC, CPVC, PE, PPR and PP. Usually PPR pipe fittings are used to collect water, while PVC pipe fittings are used to discharge sewage. PVC pipe fittings always choose cold runners, because chlorine will be generated when the temperature is high. We will use different gates for different shapes of pipe fittings. With a diameter of more than 110 mm, we often use large gates. If the diameter is small, a submarine gate is a better choice.
