🚨 DC/DC Converter Shortage Alert – Part No. 433123464 🚨

Over the past two months, I have six open orders for the DC/DC converter 433123464 with no ETA for the following models:

Jaguar E-PACE
Jaguar F-PACE
Land Rover Discovery 5
Land Rover Discovery Sport
Land Rover New Defender
Range Rover New Evoque
Range Rover Velar

📦 Regional warehouses have long since sold out of the remaining stock they were holding, and no new replenishments have been delivered so far.

Based on ongoing communication with dealers in multiple countries, the situation looks the same everywhere:
➡️ Supplies are arriving only through urgent (VOR) orders,
➡️ In very limited quantities,
➡️ And far below actual market demand.

⚠️ At the same time, the shortage is worsening, as DC/DC converters are now failing more frequently and on a mass scale.

🔧 Some dealer diagnostic technicians suggest that one possible reason is the increased load on the 12-volt onboard electrical system, especially in modern vehicles with a high number of electronic consumers.

❄️🔥 Practical recommendation:
In extreme temperatures (very cold or very hot conditions), try to avoid switching on all electrical consumers simultaneously (heated seats, steering wheel, high HVAC load, etc.).
This may help reduce stress on the DC/DC converter and lower the risk of premature failure.

❓ Unfortunately, the exact reason why the manufacturer is currently unable to meet the growing demand remains unclear.
