Niklāvs' journey in the world of racing is a testament to his passion and dedication to the sport.

Inspired by his brother, who is both his idol and motivator, Niklāvs embarked on his racing career at the tender age of seven.

His dream began to materialize in 2017 with his participation in Formula Future, marking the first milestone towards becoming a professional driver.

The subsequent years saw Niklāvs achieving significant accolades, including two UIM World vice-champion titles in 2018 and 2023.

His debut in the JT250, in 2019, further solidified his commitment to advancing his skills.

By 2021, Niklāvs had progressed to the OSY400 class, gaining invaluable experience in Latvian, Baltic, and European Championships.

The pinnacle of his early career was his unexpected triumph in the F4 class at the Latvian Championship, following an inspiring test drive.

Now in his first full season in F4 with a new team and boat, Niklāvs remains determined to reach the podium, driven by the same fervor that ignited his racing dreams years ago.
