It is full automatic roll packaging machine, which is integrated to fabric quality control machines for woven and knitted fabric types and pack the fabric rolls automatically, after packing process the rolls are addressed to the roll carry trolleys(bins).
Sealing operation is is carried out by ‘‘thermal system’’. Heated wire seals and cut the PE film at the same time. The roll is transfered linearly to the edge closure station. The roll’s both edge is closed and sealed by the same Thermic system, the overage PE is cut and threw to the waste box below.
Possibility of packaging fabric rolls in different sizes. Minumum Polyethylene film and energy consumption.
Full Automatic Roll Packaging Machine has LEISTER Hot Air Blowers on both sides for to shrink the Packed roll for tight and clear shape of packaging.
This machine doesn't require Heating Tunnel, thanks to LEISTER Hot Air Blowers huge amount of electrical energy is saved.

Coatings can make yarns difficult to splice, as they prevent the fibre's intermingling. Our chambers are specially designed to use airflow to give a strong splice on the toughest yarns.

Model 162
The all-new wrapping splicer for monofilaments and fibrillated fibres.

Airbond’s splicers are respected world-wide for their simplicity and reliability. In some circumstances, however, pneumatic splicing just won’t work.

Examples include:

Very heavily-sized or coated yarn
Very high-twist yarn
Our customers needed an air-driven splicer which made joints in these problem materials. The Model 162 delivers the answer. When the Model 162 is used, two yarn ends are overlapped, and a fine auxiliary yarn is tightly wrapped around them and bound to produce a joint of high strength. The Model 162 jointing method does not need electric motors or chargers; it just uses the same air supply as that used by the rest of the Airbond range. Simply plug it into the same air supply as usual, and make the wrapped joint.

The Model 162 can be worn by the operator, or hanged on the creel. Operation is done by button or foot-pedal.

Model 181
The multi-purpose auto-cut splicer specially designed for high-value technical yarns

The 181 has been developed for the forefront of textile technology. It combines Airbond’s 80 year’s experience with our cutting edge 3D printing technology to produce a product that perfectly fits in modern textile manufacturing.

Designed from the ground up to take advantage of 3D printing – the 181 is lightweight, easy to use, and can handle a large range of yarns. The splicer features a large string up area for ease of use, and imprinted symbols for fool proof operation.

While making use of complex mechanics, the splicer itself is extremely robust and needs minimal maintenance, which is very simple.

Hand-held, fixed, or rail-mounted, the 181 can meet most factory needs, and if circumstances change, new 181 bodies to the required configuration can be printed quickly by Airbond. The splicer can be supplied with a blast timer, or with a flow control system which supplies low-pressure air to the blast chamber, while keeping full pressure for the cutters. The cutters are adjustable, to enhance performance.

Model 143
The manual-cut splicer for higher-count synthetics, up to 7000 tex.

The Airbond Model 143 is a light, user- friendly tool, designed principally for the composites market. Matching the performance of our larger splicers, the 143 range makes neat, strong joints in yarns of heavy count. These are typically glass fibre and carbon fibre rovings of 4800 Tex or more which, before the arrival of the latest Airbond technology, were difficult to splice.

One variant of the Model 143 has a configuration which is barely half the size of our other splicers, so that it can splice with ease in confined spaces. Another variant has a full-length handle, so that functionally it becomes identical to a Model 701.

With distinct, innovative techniques for joining brittle yarns such as glass and carbon and joining inherently strong aramids, the 143 is internationally recognized as a user-friendly, heavy-count splicer.

Model 133
All the merits of the class-leading Model 131 – with auto-cut.

The 133 is the latest development of the splicing principles established long ago by the Airbond Models 101 and 103. Those splicers are still used and respected world-wide by carpet manufacturers and spinners. The 103 improved on them; its performance was enhanced with the fitting of a set of automatic cutters, which are adjustable for optimum performance. The new Model 133 is a lighter, stronger, better counterpart to the old Model 103. The new 133 moves standards up even further, by reducing the need for operator skill.

Like its predecessors, the 133 joins a vast range of yarns. It can join high- or low-twist, S-twist or Z-twist on one chamber. Even S-twist to Z-twist, wool to cotton, glass to tyre cord.

Because it is printed, its body can be supplied in many forms. In its base form, it can be a tiny splicer, designed to work in confined spaces; but it can be fitted with handles, or with a hanging device to be used in a fixed position, or with a carriage for sliding along a rail. It can be also offer enhanced yarn control – using a side-plate fitted with yarn clamps. It can have flow control, so that line the air blast can be adjusted without altering the factory line pressure.
