🌍 Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming Antoyne, originally from Congo and currently based in the USA, to ProFruit Machinery.

Antoyne is preparing to launch a new juice processing business in Congo, with plans to produce a wide variety of fruit juices. As he takes the first steps towards establishing his production facility, we're delighted that ProFruit Machinery is his first choice for both equipment and technical support.

During his visit, we discussed his project, explored machinery options and looked at how we can help turn his plans into a fully operational juice production facility.

It's always exciting to meet entrepreneurs bringing new ideas to the industry, especially when we get to be part of their journey from the very beginning.

Not every fruit takes the easy route. 🫐

Chokeberry - is intensely coloured, rich in flavour and demanding to process. But with the right setup, berries like these can move through the same efficient production process from raw fruit to finished juice.

The ProFruit processing system and belt press are designed as a versatile solution for different fruits and berries, allowing producers to work with more than just the traditional apple harvest. ⚙

Right now, our workshop is filled with different stages of production - stainless steel fabrication, mechanical assembly, electrical work, integration and preparation for testing.

Some machines are only beginning to come together. Others are already approaching their final checks before they leave our factory.

This is the part of production that customers rarely see, but it is where every detail of the final system is built, adjusted and prepared for real processing conditions.

More machinery is currently in production at ProFruit Machinery - and several new projects will be leaving our workshop soon. ⚙️🍎

From fruit intake to final filling - all inside one mobile processing trailer. 🍎

For Harzer Apfel GmbH we supplied a customized Mobile Fruit Processing Trailer designed for approximately 800 kg/h of fruit.

Inside the trailer, the complete juice production process is integrated into one compact setup:

• Retractable Fruit Elevator
• Auger Mill
• Belt Press 800
• Stainless Steel Tanks
• HEAT 500 Pasteurizer
• DOUBLE FLOW
• 4-head Vacuum Bottle Filler

The main advantage is flexibility. The trailer can move between orchards and customer locations, process fruit directly on site, and be configured according to required capacity, fruit type and filling method.

🍎 A new mobile juice processing line is heading to Germany!

We are happy to welcome Harzer Apfel GmbH to the ProFruit Machinery family and to see our mobile processing technology become part of their new mobile juicing concept in the Harz region.

The idea behind Harzer Apfel is simple and practical: bring the processing directly to the fruit. Instead of transporting apples long distances, the mobile line can arrive directly at orchards, farms and local communities and process the harvest on site.

Inside one mobile unit, the fruit can go through the key stages of juice production – washing, pressing, pasteurization and filling – creating a compact processing solution that can move wherever the harvest is. 🚛🍏

For Harzer Apfel, this means helping make better use of apples from local gardens and traditional orchards while supporting shorter supply chains and regional juice production.

Another project where mobility and professional juice processing come together. 💪
