Pomegranate is one of the most challenging fruits to process.

The goal is simple: separate, extract, and transfer without damaging what matters.

This line is designed exactly for that 👇

🧐 At the core of the process:
– The Pomegranate Sheller uses a two-stage breaking system to open the fruit without crushing the arils, ensuring high separation efficiency and preserving juice quality
– The Volumpump 5000 transfers mash using an elliptical rotor, maintaining a continuous flow without damaging solids
– The Destoner 1000 presses the product through a sieve, separating juice from seeds and peel.
– The Rotational Juice Filter ensures uninterrupted filtration, removing fine pulp while keeping a continous output
– The Monoblock 5 delivers precise, automated filling and capping to various bottles according to customer preferences.

🦾 Supporting equipment ensures consistency from the very beginning:
– Controlled feeding and sorting with our sorting conveyors and elevators
– Continuous washing with our brush, bubble washers
– Efficient deshelling without seed damage

This week, we opened our doors - and honestly, these are the days we enjoy the most. 🍏
