UAB “Metal Production” siekia didinti eksportą, todėl projekto metu numato diegti įvairių procesų inovacijas: strateginis veiklos planavimo procesas; rinkos analizės procesas; pagrindinis gamybos procesas; logistikos ir tiekimo grandinės valdymo procesas; personalo valdymo procesas; finansų valdymo procesas; klientų valdymo procesas; technologijų ir sistemos administravimas; inovacijų ir tobulinimo procesai. Visos projekte numatytos inovacijos ne tik padidina UAB "Metal Production" konkurencingumą ir efektyvumą, bet ir užtikrina jos gebėjimą efektyviai integruotis į tarptautines vertės grandines.
Bendras biudžetas 122 800,15 Eur, ES fondo skirta 60 059,60 Eur finansavimo suma.
Projektą bendrai finansuoja Europos Sąjunga.
Projektas pradėtas 2024 m. lapkričio 18 d. ir bus įgyvendintas iki 2026 m. lapkričio 18 d.

We are implementing the project "Development of an innovative product at Metal Production UAB", the main objective of which is to develop a stabilization line consisting of three modules, covering preparation, processing-stabilization, and packaging. The seaweed stabilization line will be applied immediately after harvesting the seaweed in the seaweed farms.
The project partner is UAB Kandas. The total value of the project is EUR 1 447 867, of which EUR 1 067 216 is EU funding. The project started on 9 July 2024 and will run until 8 July 2026.
