ඔබේ සිහින නිවස හෝ ගොඩනැගිල්ල ඉදිකිරීමේදී නිවැරදි කොන්ත්‍රාත්කරුවෙකු (Contractor) තෝරාගැනීම ඉතාමත් තීරණාත්මකයි. වැරදි තේරීමක් නිසා මුදල් නාස්තිය, වැඩ ප්‍රමාද වීම් සහ බාල නිමාවන් වැනි ගැටලු රැසකට මුහුණ දීමට සිදු විය හැක.

වැඩේ බාරදෙන්න කලින් ඔබ අනිවාර්යයෙන්ම අහන්න ඕනි ප්‍රශ්න 3 මෙන්න:

1. කලින් කරපු Construction Projects වල විස්තර සහ පාරිභෝගික අදහස් (References) ලබාගන්න පුළුවන්ද?

වැඩ අතරමගදී අමතර අමතර වියදම් (Hidden Costs) මතුවීම වැළැක්වීමටත්, වැඩ කෙරෙන ප්‍රමාණය අනුව පමණක් ගෙවීම් කිරීමටත් ස්ථාවර BOQ එකක් අත්‍යවශ්‍ය වේ.

3. වැඩේ ඉවර කරන්න ගතවන නිශ්චිත කාලය සහ ලබාදෙන වගකීම් කාලය (Warranty) කොපමණද?

නිවසක් තැනීම කියන්නේ ජීවිතයේ ගන්නා විශාලතම සහ වැදගත්ම තීරණයකි. බොහෝ දෙනෙක් "තව ටික කාලයක් ඉඳලා හදමු" කියා සිතුවත්, ඉදිකිරීම් ක්ෂේත්‍රයේ යථාර්ථය ඊට වඩා වෙනස්ය.

දැනටම වැඩ කටයුතු ආරම්භ කිරීම වාසිදායක වන්නේ ඇයි?
