Excited to share that Alta Vision, Robert Gordon University, and MetFuel are developing an AI-powered Digital Twin for Industrial Energy Management, funded by Innovate UK under the India-UK Collaborative R&D for Industrial Sustainability programme.

We're building a system that gives factories full visibility of their energy - floor by floor, in real time, then goes further. A mini-grid brings clean solar energy on-site. IoT sensors and edge computing capture and process everything locally. AI forecasts demand before it happens. And a digital twin continuously optimises the balance between renewable electricity, electric heating, and LPG-based heating - automatically, in real time.

We're piloting this right now at a food manufacturing facility in Bangalore, India.
