Vacancy for an office assistant
Key responsibilities
1. Preparing Reports and documenting quotations, invoices, and certificates.
2. Track and manage client appointments.
3. Documenting the expenditures and incomes of the business processes.
Key Requirements
1. Passed the G.C.E A/L in Commerce Stream
2. Good communication skills (verbal and non-verbal) in both Sinhala and English Languages.
3. Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and have a good knowledge of IT.
