Groundwater contains many dissolved and suspended components depending on geological conditions. Silica (Colloidal silica, Reactive silica), calcium, and magnesium are present in certain areas and can form strong deposits inside pipes. These deposits reduce water flow rate, increase pressure, decrease heat transfer efficiency, and may lead to pump failures, Boiler, and hot water pipes failures etc. Therefore, it is recommended to treat the water to the required quality level according to its application in order to minimize these problems.

Black smoke coming from a boiler chimney means the fuel is not burning properly.
This causes mainly:

1.Fuel waste

2.More money spent

3.More pollution

4.Low boiler efficiency

A good boiler should have clean, light smoke or almost no smoke at all.
Cleaner combustion = less fuel, more savings, better performance

This is oil fired boiler chimney. Therefore it is necessary to clean fuel lines,strsiners, filters ,tanks etc regularly.
