" The Sinhala and Tamil New Year celebrations for the year 2022 were held on the 18th of April 2022 with recommencement. The gathering was held at the newly occupied CSEC Waterfront Design Studio lounge with the participation of group directors, CSEC employees and special guests such as Mr. Xiaofeng Cai who has been a long standing partner working together with CSEC on the lotus tower project. The function was initiated by the lighting of the oil lamp followed by the directors and Mr. Cai addressing the gathering. The guests were then treated with a New year themed spread."

TRI-ZEN Tower 01 celebrated its topping-off ceremony on the 27th January 2022 with the presence of its contracting firm CSCEC and its clients John Keells Holdings and Indra Traders. Many giants in the industry were joined for the function including Mr. Shiromal Fernando the Managing Director of CSEC who is the principal structural engineer whilst design and building carried out by CSCEC.
