We are looking for an experienced 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗜𝗠 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗿 to contribute to international BIM projects in a collaborative and technology-driven environment.

𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦

• Create, develop, and maintain Electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit in accordance with project standards and BIM requirements.

• Produce coordinated electrical layouts, schedules, and model-based documentation for project delivery.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support model coordination, clash detection, and design integration activities.

𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Electrical BIM Modeling.

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, electrical systems design, and BIM coordination processes.

• Experience working on commercial, residential, hospitality, or mixed-use developments will be considered an advantage.
