WHO TO CHALLENGE SUPREME COURT DECISION?

The basis of the Supreme Court decision is clear: public service appointments and access to public posts must be governed by equality, rational justification, objective criteria and fairness.

Any exclusive reservation of public posts, without a disclosed and reasonable basis, is arbitrary and inconsistent with the constitutional guarantee of equality.

Institutional delay after such a decision IS WHAT???. The order must be respected, implemented and given full effect.

The Association of Public Service Engineers (APSE) expresses its deepest condolences on the passing of Mr. Ranga Rajapakse, Acting Director of the Department of External Resources, Ministry of Finance.

Justice belongs in lawful process, where facts are heard and determined, not in the court of electronic or social media, where opinion is too often delivered as judgment.

We extend our sincere sympathies to his family, colleagues, and all those who had working with him.

May he attain the Supreme Bliss of Nibbana.

අපේ රට තුළ ඉංජිනේරු වෘත්තිකයන් ලෙස රැකියාවෙහි නියුක්ත විය හැක්කේ ශ්‍රී ලංකා ඉංජිනේරු සභාව තුළ ලියාපදිංචි වෘත්තිකයන් හට පමණි.

දෙමවිපියනි, ඔබේ දරුවා ඉංජිනේරු උපාධිය ලබාගැනීමෙන් පසු ඉංජිනේරුවෙකු ලෙස රට තුළ නීත්‍යානුකූලව සේවය කිරීමට හැකිවීමට නම් "රැවටෙන්න එපා"

ඔබ ඩිප්ලෝමා හෝ සහතිකපත්‍ර පාඨමාලාවක් සිදුකොට සුදුසුකම් ලත් "කාර්මික නිළධාරියෙකු, තාක්ෂණ නිළධාරියෙකු" වීමට බලාපොරොත්තු වන්නේ නම් "රැවටෙන්න එපා"

උපාධි සහතිකය ලබාගත් පසු "ඉංජිනේරු සභාවේ" ලියාපදිංචි විය හැකි දැයි සොයා රැවටී පසුතැවෙන්න එපා. සුදුසුකම් ලත් ඉංජිනේරුවන් හෝ අදළ ආයතන අමතා තහවුරු කරගැනීමෙන් පසු තීරණ අරගන්න.

වැදගත්- සිසු දරු දැරියනි, රාජ්‍ය සේවයට තරුණ වෘත්තිකයන් ලෙස රාජ්‍ය සේවයේ තනතුරු සඳහා සුදුසුකම් ලත් ඉංජිනේරුවකු ලෙස පත්වීමට කැමති නම් ඔබ " පූර්ණ කාලීන සිව් අවුරුදු විද්‍යාවේදී ඉංජිනේරු උපාධියක්" වගේම, "ශ්‍රී ලංකා ඉංජිනේරු ආයතනයේ" හා "ශ්‍රි ලංකා ඉංජිනේරු සභාවේ" නිසි සාමාජිකත්ව තත්වයද ලබාගත යුතුයි. එම නිසා සැමවිටම බුද්ධිමත්ව කටයුතු කරන්න.

නිසි හැකි පාඨමාලාව තෝරාගෙන එහි විශිෂ්ඨයෙකු වන්න. ඉංජිනේරුමය නිමැවුමක් සඳහා ඉංජිනේරු ක්ෂේත්‍රය තුළ සිය ගණනක විව්ධ රැකියාවල නියුක්ත වූවන් පාර්ශවකරුවන් ලෙස දායක වේ. විශිෂ්ඨත්වයට "කෙටි මං" සොයා අතරමං නොවීමට සිදුකරන කාරුණික දැනුවත් කිරීමයි.
