The Residential Modern Asymmetric Skillion Roof.

This design transitions steel from purely industrial to high-end residential. It features a bold, asymmetric skillion (single-slope) roof defined by heavy-gauge steel beams. The main structure utilizes visible connection points and massive glass walls to blur the lines between inside and out. The roof deck might include insulated metal panels and linear skylights.

This looks fantastic on modern homes, architectural studios, or unique cabins, especially when contrasting the dark steel with natural materials like timber cladding.

Elevate your residential architecture with precision steel! Check out this modern home featuring a dramatic asymmetric skillion roof. We fabricated and installed the exposed dark steel beams, columns, and connection plates that define this sleek structure.

Limo Engineering integrates structural steel seamlessly with modern glass and wood, proving that steel isn't just for warehouses.

Smart Kitchen Zone Design Options💫

*Preparation & Wash Zone: Keep 60–90 cm of clear counter space beside the sink for chopping and meal prep.
*Cooking Zone: Place the cooktop with at least 30 cm of heat-safe counter space on both sides for hot pots and spices.
*Storage & Pantry Zone: Position tall pantry cabinets and the refrigerator near the kitchen entry for easy grocery unloading.
*Cleaning Zone: Align the dishwasher, trash bin, and sink together to keep cleanup contained in one area.

Most people think building a home starts with pouring concrete. 🏗️

They’re wrong. It starts with avoiding the 3 most expensive structural mistakes that non-engineers make:
1. Skipping soil testing: Buying heavy materials before knowing your load-bearing capacity is how cracks happen 2 years down the road.
2. Pouring concrete without proper curing: Water isn't just for mixing; proper hydration timing determines 90% of your strength.
3. Choosing cheap steel framing over engineered spacing: Saving money on rebar layout almost always leads to roof sagging later.

Whether you're building a simple residential boundary/retaining wall or planning a multi-story home, skipping the engineering phase costs 3x more to fix later.

Educate yourself before you build. 💡
