From Lebanon to Mauritania, another FinCorp FM Continuous Foaming Machine now fully operational.

There is always something satisfying about seeing a machine move from our workshop to actual production at the customer’s factory.

In this reel, you can see the FM in operation as the foam begins to rise, develop and move continuously along the production line.

Now in operation in Mauritania.

A good control panel should make a complex production process easier to manage.

Here is a closer look at the control system behind our FM continuous foaming machines.

From one integrated panel, the operator can manage production, the mixer, conveyor, lubrication system, tunnel lighting and ventilation.

Through the touchscreen, operators can store up to 12 foam formulations, monitor chemical setpoints and actual flow readings, adjust the conveyor, test individual pumps and valves, and review active alarms and time-stamped fault history.

Multicolour production can also be programmed in sequences of up to six timed steps.

The objective is straightforward: to give the operator a clear view of the production process and practical control over the machine.

Designed for industrial foam manufacturers, the FM line combines stable chemical metering, efficient mixing, smooth conveyor movement, and practical control systems to help achieve cleaner foam structure, repeatable density, and strong production performance.
