مراحل إعداد وتصوير وإخراج التقرير

في إطار العمل على تعزيز الإستقرار الإجتماعي، وضمن مسار "آليات الإستقرار والتنمية المحلية" الذي ينفذه برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي بالشراكة مع بلدية الدامور وبتمويل من الحكومة البريطانية وبدعم تقني من جمعية دوائر.
نظّمت لجنة "سوا للدامور" دورةً تدريبيةً للشابات والشباب من عمر ١٤ إلى ٢٠ عاماً حول كيفية إعداد تقرير مصوَّر عن بلدة الدامور يعبّر عن رؤيتهم.
دامت الدورة من تاريخ ١٢ آب ولغاية ١٠ أيلول ٢٠٢١, تخللها تدريب على كافة مراحل إعداد تقرير مصوّر، إضافةً إلى التصوير الفوتوغرافي. وقد اختار المشاركون بالدورة "الحياة الإجتماعية في الدامور ما بين الماضي والحاضر" موضوعاً لتقريرهم.
الدورة من إشراف وتدريب الأساتذة: شادي، وسام، وربيع أندراوس، وقد شارك بالدورة الشباب والشابات التالية اسماؤهم: أندرو داغر - جاك الهاشم - ريتا الهاشم - غالينا الهاشم - غايا الهاشم - كريستا رزقالله - ساره الغريّب - سيلين رزقالله - ماريا الخوري مارون - ماري جوزي البستاني - مايڤي الخوري - أغاثا داغر.
في ختام الدورة أُقيم احتفال في مبنى بلدية الدامور مساء السبت ١١ أيلول بحضور الهيئات المنظِّمة والداعمة والأهالي، وحضور لافت للإعلامي الأستاذ ميشال الكك، تخلل الحفل كلمات للسيدات والسادة: السيدة ريتا الهاشم (لجنة سوا)، الآنسة ريتا مطر (UNDP)، الأستاذ طوني نصر (بلدية الدامور)، الأستاذ شادي أندراوس، الآنسة غايا الهاشم (المشاركين بالدورة)، الأستاذ وسام أندراوس. ثم عرضٌ للتقرير المصوّر، تلاه عرض فيلم قصير لمدة خمسة دقائق عن كافة مراحل العمل، ثم توزيع شهاداتٍ على المشاركين بالدورة، وفي الختام أقيم معرضٌ للصور الفوتوغرافية من تصوير المشاركين.
