Msallem Food Tech was founded in 2006 as a family olive and pickling operation in the Koura Valley, a rugged agriculture area hidden in the flanks of Mount Lebanon, spilling into the Mediterranean Sea. Keen to provide our customers with the best quality of olives, the company now hosts the latest equipment in addition to a state-of-the-art laboratory, which is considered the best olives and pickle

s laboratory in the Lebanese private sector. Our goal is to ensure high quality and safe products to our consumers in Lebanon and worldwide and also benefit local farmers.
