We are proud to share that THE UNEXPECTED LIVING has been awarded 1st Prize. 🏆

Showcased at Expo Estilo Pilar in Argentina, the project proposes a spatial experience that expands the imagination of traditionally technical materials, bringing them into the realm of everyday living.

Through the use of iQ Surface homogeneous flooring, the concept demonstrates the material’s versatility beyond healthcare environments—extending its application to floors, walls, and furniture. To create contrast and warmth, DESSO Essence carpets were incorporated, featuring interventions by Guillermo Tragant, alongside designs of DESSO X RENS—reinforcing a strong commitment to sustainability.

The project brings together aesthetic experimentation, material innovation, and a strong environmental awareness.
