A project where cladding becomes part of the architectural identity.

Custom-designed GRC cladding slabs with a bush-hammered texture were cut into irregular geometries to create integrated lighting grooves across the façade — generating depth, contrast, and a constantly changing interaction between material and light.

The composition is complemented by Terrazzo Grigio slabs, also finished with a bush-hammered surface, bringing continuity and balance to the overall architectural language of the villa.

Fully mechanically installed, the façade system combines engineered precision with material expression, ensuring durability, clean detailing, and long-term performance.

Custom-designed GRC benches and tree surrounds were developed as fully integrated elements, shaped with smooth curves to create a fluid and continuous spatial experience.

The surface is finished with an exposed aggregate texture, revealing natural river pebbles that bring depth, contrast, and a refined tactile quality to the space — balancing raw material expression with precise fabrication.
