(KKL), is a state of the art Fabrication Facility which was inaugurated in Aktau by President NursultanAbishevich Nazarbayev in 2003

in the Special Economic Zone of the Mangystau
Oblast in response to his initiative to encourage investment and growth in specialized
engineering, fabrication and construction capabilities in this region and to support the
economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a whole. Throughout our fifteen years of operation, we have made a dedicated commitment to the
training and development of local Kazakhstani people across all spectrums of our business
and by our devotion to the philosophy of optimization of local Kazakhstan content we have
created a significant, skilled and professional local workforce at our facility.
