Even before joining Hyundai Engineering, Nguyen Thi Thuy Linh was inspired by the company's large-scale projects in Vietnam. Drawn by the opportunity to grow through global projects and serve as a bridge between Korea and Vietnam, she began her career with the company.
⛑️ Linh works in the Safety Inspection Team within the Safety & Quality Support Office, overseeing safety incident management across overseas construction sites. Her responsibilities include analyzing incidents, developing preventive measures, managing Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) statistics, and researching country-specific safety and health regulations to enhance safety standards across Hyundai Engineering's global project sites.
🌐 One of her most memorable experiences was adapting to different regulations, cultures, and ways of working during her early days at the company. By learning from her teammates and expanding her knowledge of local regulations, she developed the skills needed to collaborate effectively with teams around the world.
🌿 Outside of work, Linh enjoys visiting exhibitions and attending concerts to recharge. She also plays chess and billiards, which help sharpen her logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
