We are introducing DN Virtual Simulator (DNVS), DN Solutions' digital twin solution.

DNVS enables NC program verification and collision detection in the virtual environment before actual machining takes place.

With a virtual machine that reflects the exact parameters and PMC of the actual equipment, simulation is possible in the environment identical to the real shop floor.

[Tech Fact] HELLER F 6000 is a 5-axis machining center designed for production, and optimized for large, heavy duty workpiece machining.

Supporting workpieces up to Ø1,540mm and clamping load of up to 2,000kg, it delivers maximum performance with lasting precision. High-torque gear spindle producing up to 1,146Nm, and robust swivel/tilt head kinematics featuring 175° swivel range, ensure stable machining even in the case of the most complex geometries. Two pallet system options, APC and FLEX, provide flexibility essential for series production.

DN Solutions proudly joined LIV Golf Korea 2026 as the official tournament partner and the only official machine tool partner. ⛳

Held in Busan, Korea, from May 28–31, the tournament brought together 57 professional golfers, including world-class players such as Bryson DeChambeau and Jon Rahm, along with rising talents from around the world.

DN Solutions has opened its first Additive Solutions Center (ASC) in Europe, in Gütersloh, Germany.👏

The 1,000 m² center brings together the DLX, DNX, and DVF series alongside integrated automation solutions. With a team of AM experts averaging 12+ years of experience, the ASC supports customers from training and live demos to full turnkey projects. Joining Changwon and Chicago, Gütersloh completes DN Solutions' global ASC network.
