Series A-C e-1500 – Vertical In-Line

PRODUCT FEATURES
Standard internal flushed BUNA/Carbon-Ceramic mechanical seal – Provides five times the flushing flow of pumps designed with externally flushed seals.
Precisely machined rigid cast iron motor bracket – Ensures positive concentric alignment between motor and pump components. This helps promote maintenance free operation and contributes to pump longevity.
Exceeds DOE efficiency regulations. All pumps meet MEI 0.7 criteria.
Stainless steel impeller for performance and durability
The Series A-C e-1500 is an efficient, heavy-duty, close-coupled in-line mounted pump available in several sizes from 1-1/2” through 8”. Stainless steel fitted construction is standard with the e-1500. The pump flows to 2500 GPM, heads to 380 feet with horse power ranging from 0.75 HP to 50 HP at 1750 RPM and 5 to 60 HP at 3500 RPM. The new pumps feature stainless steel impellers and an expanded Efficiency Island for efficient pumping across the widest range of operational conditions. The Series A-C e-1500 has a space saving design and can be mounted vertically & horizontally and is available in 175 #; 250 #, and 300 # working pressure.

​The Godwin Dri-Prime®​ FP100 pump offers flow rates to 1,013 US GPM (230 m³/hr).

The FP100 is able to automatically prime to 28 ft (8.5 m) of suction lift. Automatic or manual starting/stopping available with mounted control panel or remote operation and telemetry using optional FST.

Extended dry-running is possible with the exclusive Godwin liquid bath mechanical seal design. Dry running and portability make the FP100 the perfect choice for dewatering and flood protection of commercial and industrial properties.

FM Approved, FP100 has passed rigorous full-scale simulation testing as well as individual component testing. Additionally, Xylem's quality control team tests and approves pump performance of every FP Series bareshaft pump-end we produce.

The Lowara GS series booster sets are fully automatic booster sets for water supply. They are equipped with 2-3 fixed speed pumps (where one can be a jockey pump), control panel, SM30 controller and pressure transmitters, all mounted on a frame for easy installation. The SM30 is easy to set and can be connected to a BMS system via Modbus.

The GS series booster sets can be fitted with vertical e-SV multistage pumps. These booster sets are certified for use with drinking water according to WRAS, ACS and D.M. 174.

The GS series is also available with other pump series and in special versions on request.

Safe Handling

The service cart/sled makes it easy to pull back the drive unit and ensures the drive unit remains in perfect alignment with the pump-housing joint. For the high capacity pumps (100-800 kW) the sled is equipped with a hydraulic actuator controlled by a hand pump, to guarantee safe handling.

The patented service inlet solutions, telescopic for inlet sizes less than 350 mm (14”) and pivoting for sizes above, provide easy access to the pump suction end, making it easy to access the impeller without having to dismantle the entire pump.

Improved Working Environment

Flygt submersible pumps installed in dry installations offer flood-proof motors ensuring that the pumps will continue working if the pump station is flooded. CONCRETE PLINTH FOR VERTICAL, DRY INSTALLED FLYGT PUMP

The specification of the concrete plinth is a complete design with dimensions, reinforcement and concrete specs. It is intended for on-site construction. Xylem supplies the specs, but not the plinth.

The concrete plinth is engineered to take all static and dynamic loads, and to limit vibration and noise. The openings around the top give access to the bolts under the pump for the installation and to the service hatch in the suction bend.
