The PNCA has developed new curricula to provide students with high-level training in theory and practice. The academic year is divided into two semesters: The first semester from November to April and the second semester from April to September. Each semester has a duration of approximately 16 weeks. In 2011 the College is restructuring infra-structure, curriculum, and management model to Institute or University reflex to Ministry of Education Youth and Sport ( according to sub-degree 54)
