Diesel/Stock Controller

Responsibilities:
o Remotely track and report on diesel oil usages at the Project Sites for all the Company’s machineries and equipment
o In charge of the inventory and stock movement, making sure everything is properly organized and documented with special attention on diesel oil management.
o Managing daily stock through Google Sheet

STRUCTURAL/CIVIL SENIOR ENGINEER (URGENT Needs 2 Positions)
Summary: Structural/Civil engineers analyze, design, plan, and research structural components and structural systems to achieve design goals and ensure the safety and meeting approved standard; directly responsible for the technical delivery of Structural/Civil Engineering design on projects. We are looking for an experienced and talented Engineer at Senior level to join our team

Responsibilities:
o Multi-tasking ability and ability to lead multiple teams and subcontractors to implement structure work in various locations
o Leading and undertaking structural engineering inspection and analysis at site
o Possess excellent understanding of steel structure work, rebar, formwork, and earth work with the ability to pinpoint implementation issues and flaw
o Review the drawing, plan, and delegate the work to the teams and subcontractors for actual implementation
o Exercising design management and delivery to the highest standards, demonstrating all round technical competence and financial awareness
o Inspect works carried out on site and monitor quality and compliance with design drawings
o Visit sites to address design related issues as and when required
o Track the implementation schedule and ensure timely completion of the structure works at sites
o Attending and taking an active role in team meetings
o Report to Site Manager and Project Manager on the implementation status

Minimum requirements:
o 4-7 years relevant experience in civil/structural design;

Construction Project Manager (Building): 2 Positions (URGENT)

Responsibilities:
o Provide direct supervision to Site Manager, subcontractor, and workers as needed
o Prioritize, plan, direct and delegate works to ensure cost effectiveness, quality and timely completion of project according to the schedule
o Regular progress activities report to relevant line management and employer
o Monitor site ex*****on and make detail construction method
o Check and revise the drawings and specifications and project relevant information
o Prepare and maintain construction schedules as well as problem identification and provide long term solutions
o Divide the project work plans and make revisions as and when need arises
o Bringing about optimum utilization of resources (labor, materials and equipment), and ensuring their procurement at most cost-effective terms
o Manage construction team including Site Manager: mentor, schedule, recruit and enhance performance of team members through all construction phases.

o Maintain full financial accountability for the job; requires approval, dis-approval, and issuance of VOs (variation orders) that pertain to direct job cost
o Monitor the progress claim of subcontractors

Minimum requirements
o 10 years’ experience in construction (3 years as Building Project Manager)
o Bachelor degree in construction or design related field
o Experience in residential housing, large-scale commercial buildings projects from land development to handover.
o Problem solving skills

Preferred requirements
o Degree in civil engineering
o A postgraduate degree in construction management is an advantage
o Experience with MEP
o Excellence understanding of structural work such as steel and formwork
o Attention to detail, particularly in respect to design/site drawings, quality of finishing works and construction standard methods.
