IT’S THE SMALL QUESTIONS PEOPLE IGNORE.

This week, our conversations with Quantity Surveyors haven’t been about problems.

Just questions.

Things like:

“Should we eliminate the basement?”
“What’s the real cost difference here?”
“Are we aligned with the actual financial status?”

But these kind of questions quietly decide:

👉🏾 Whether a project stays on budget
👉🏾 Or slowly bleeds money

On paper… they look small, but here’s the truth:

• Every delayed answer = financial risk
• Every assumption = future cost escalation
• Every missed question = money lost

We’ve seen it before:

Costs double.
Cash flow collapses.
Disputes begin.

Not because of one big mistake…

But because the right questions came too late.
