The EcoFrame system consists of state of the art fully automated design to production system. At steel structures we are able to design, detail and produce the full range of frames from the ground upwards; including floor joists, side wall frames and various types of roof trusses. In addition to the galvanizes surface protection, EcoFrame can be manufactured from our unique T.O.C high tensile zinc

coated steel which provides an additional layer of protection against the elements. Components are pre-cut, pre-punched and pre-marked meaning no additional work is required on sites. EcoFrame components are virtually maintenance free, highly durable and their non-combustible nature increases the fire resistance of the completed structure. The high strength-to-weight ratio keeps the overall weight to less than 50% of conventional structures eliminating the need for heavy cranes. EcoFrame components are also easy to stack, load, transport and can be assembled by a semi-skilled labor force. Other EcoFrame products also include PortaCabins and the QFM. PortaCabins are mobile cabins that can be used for temporary/semi-permanent accommodation, offices, clinics and much more. The Quick Fix Module (QFM) is a computer lab for schools that can be easily implemented, custom built, cost-effective and secure.
