The panel discussion focused on "Safeguarding Infrastructure: Expanding DB & DAABs Capacity, Scope, and Mitigating Risk," addressing critical tools for dispute avoidance and risk management in major infrastructure projects.

Yesterday, an ACEK delegation led by Hon. Secretary Eng. Dick Ndiewo, alongside the ACEK CEO Eng. Barbara Adhoch, PE, MIEK, MACEK(FL), ACEK members, and ACEK Future Leaders Kenya representatives, held a productive consultative meeting with the Cabinet Secretary for Water, Sanitation, and Irrigation, Eng. Eric Mugaa, at Maji House, Nairobi.

The engagement focused on key strategic areas:
