Customer Service Week on site, featuring a JCB JS 215 LC EXCAVATOR.

At the quarry, the JCB is busy breaking into the rock, scooping it up and loading it onto trucks waiting nearby.

One truck gets loaded, then the next one comes in. The work continues, and the excavator keeps doing what it came here to do.

For us, seeing the machine working as expected and knowing the customer is happy with the results makes these visits worth it. Because at the end of the day, it’s not just about delivering a machine. It’s about seeing it put to work and doing the job the customer needs it for.

Since 2021, we have been handling its service and maintenance for our customer in the food processing industry.
