Newsky Africa Limited is looking for a competitive, results-driven Sales Personnel to join our Mombasa team and drive the marketing and sales of earth-moving and heavy construction equipment.
KEY REQUIREMENT
Proven ability to drive sales and generate potential leads.
Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related course.
Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Knowledge or experience in earth-moving/heavy construction equipment will be an added advantage.
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to meet clients will be an advantage.
🔑 CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive sales of earth-moving and heavy construction equipment within Mombasa and the wider Coastal region.
Generate and develop potential leads through field marketing, customer visits, referrals and business networking.
Identify prospective customers in the construction, road works, quarrying, mining and related industries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Conduct product presentations and explain machine features, applications and benefits to clients.
Follow up on leads, quotations and customer inquiries to convert prospects into sales.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, sales activities and customer follow-ups.
Work closely with the technical and after-sales teams to ensure excellent customer support.
Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and business development objectives.
