A few weeks ago, we celebrated a special milestone at Kidani Mabati Factory as some of our production team members graduated through the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) programme, held in collaboration with Kabete National Polytechnic and Kidani Mabati Factory.

The RPL programme recognizes skills and knowledge gained through years of practical, hands-on experience, giving skilled professionals the opportunity to have their expertise formally assessed and recognized.

For our team, this was more than just a graduation. It was a celebration of hard work, dedication, and the skills they have perfected on the production floor over the years.
