Using the right genuine part helps your Subaru perform as it should and can save you from bigger problems and costly repairs down the road.

Not every damaged Subaru engine needs to be replaced.

We first diagnose and inspect the engine to determine whether an overhaul can restore it or if replacement makes more sense based on the extent of the damage and overall condition.

At The X-Parts, we don’t recommend replacement just because it’s easier—we assess the engine and advise based on what it actually needs.

These sealing washers are often overlooked when joining engine case halves, but they play an important role in helping prevent oil from leaking into the water jackets.

At The X-Parts, we replace them during the overhaul and use the right genuine parts to ensure every detail is handled properly.

🧰 These washers are also available in our shop.
