本日、満彩シリーズから”つぶつむ”をオンラインストアにて発売しました！
たっぷり使用したミックスベリー由来の鮮やかな赤紫色と、なめらかでクリーミーな口当たり。小麦やオーツ麦、乳糖を加えることで、ベリーの香りを引き立てながら、スムージーのような豊かな飲み心地に仕上げました。
今年のレシピでは酵母も見直し、トロピカルフルーツを思わせる華やかな香りと、より豊かな果実味を引き出しています。ホップ由来のベリーを思わせるニュアンスも重なり、奥行きのある味わいを楽しめます。フィニッシュにはサワーチェリーの心地よい酸味が広がり、甘みとのバランスが取れた、飲み飽きない味わいです。
摘みたてのベリーを頬張ったようなフレッシュな果実感は、まさに“Very Berry”！

Our mixed berry sour, Very Berry, is now available via our online store!
Boasting a vibrant reddish-purple colour derived from the generous use of mixed berries, this beer offers an almost smoothie-like creamy texture through the addition of wheat and oats, which is further supported with some lactose that adds a little sweetness to balance the sourness, also bringing a light "berries and cream" element.
This year's recipe uses a different yeast from last year, itself bringing some vibrant tropical fruit aromas to offer a broader and richer fruitiness. The hop-derived berry nuances further contribute to making this our most intensely berry-like Very Berry to date! The finish offers a pleasant sour cherry-like tartness, and ensures that you'll want to immediately go back for the next sip!
Shipping out from Tuesday 23rd, you can also pick it up at our taproom from June 24th (Wednesday).
