💧 Rinse with a water nozzle → 🔁 tool change → 💨 Blow-off with an air nozzle

Our solution: Everloy’s two-fluid nozzle.
1️⃣ Fine-mist mode … ultra-uniform droplets can pe*****te holes and small gaps and with the assistance of air, the cleaning performance is considered to have improved.

2️⃣ Air-only mode … stop the water, and the SAME nozzle delivers a focused drying jet.

Customer results:
✅ Replaced 2 nozzles with 1 – simpler equipment & reduced maintenance

✅ Improved cleaning performance – spraying mist with assist of air solved the post-cleaning quality issues and increased production efficiency.

✅ Cost saving – our two-fluid nozzle delivers high cleaning performance and may be usable even with lower water quality. Therefore, switching the water source from tap water to well water to reduce running costs is also being considered.
