Please note that for ordering for printers, the waiting list is approximately 4 weeks. A deposit will be required for all printer orders.

Regarding older printer models: Full support is limited to MD-1000/1300/1500 and MD-5000/5000i/5500 models.
While we are able to on occasion to supply older MD-2000/2010/2300/400 printer models, these are no longer supported by ALPS for full refurbishing, and thus would only be partially refurbished, and we cannot replace damaged printheads on these models.
