出力アップのご依頼をいただき、
低抵抗ステーターコイルを使用して純正60A → 90Aへ強化しました。
単純に発電量を上げるだけではなく、
小型・軽量・高出力、さらに発電時の抵抗を抑えた仕様です。
電装品の増設や消費電力の増加に対応できるのはもちろん、
発電時のエンジン負荷低減にもつながるため、
レスポンスや走行フィーリングへの好影響も期待できます。
旧車だからこそ、
「純正と同じものに交換する」だけでなく、
現代の技術を使ってアップデートするという選択肢を。

For this build, we were asked to increase the alternator output from the factory 60A to 90A.
By using a low-resistance stator coil, we achieved a compact, lightweight and high-output design while reducing resistance during power generation.
In addition to providing greater electrical capacity for upgraded accessories and higher electrical loads, reduced alternator resistance can also help lower engine load and may contribute to improved throttle response and overall driving feel.
For classic cars, replacing an old alternator with a standard equivalent isn’t the only option.
Modern alternator technology can also be used to upgrade the electrical system while maintaining compatibility with older vehicles.
We may also be able to manufacture high-output alternators for other vehicles and part numbers.
