نفخر في "الصخرة المشرفة - مهندسون مستشارون (HREO)" بالكشف عن بصمتنا الهندسية في تصميم أحد أهم المشاريع الاستراتيجية لخدمة ضيوف الرحمن: مشروع محطة تحويل عرفات المركزية (110/33/13.8 ك.ف).
تصميم محطات الطاقة يتطلب دقة مطلقة، فكيف إذا كانت هذه المحطة هي "القلب النابض" لمشعر عرفات؟ يمتد هذا الصرح على مساحة 4,200 متر مربع في قلب المشاعر المقدسة، ليكون الدرع الذي يضمن استقرار الكهرباء وتشغيل أنظمة التبريد لملايين الحجاج في أقسى ظروف التشغيل.
لقد تطلب المشروع تصميماً استثنائياً بطوابق متعددة لاحتواء أضخم المحولات. وبفضل هندسة فرقنا، طوعنا الخرسانة والحديد بأعلى مستويات الدقة الإنشائية لضمان بيئة آمنة 100%، وتصميم يتحمل أقصى الأحمال بكفاءة لا تضاهى.

Behind the majestic scene of millions of pilgrims in Arafat, a mighty energy artery beats in silence, driven by an infrastructure that accepts no errors.
We at Holy Rock Consultant Engineers (HREO) are profoundly proud to unveil our engineering mark in designing a vital project serving the pilgrims: The Arafat Central Substation (110/33/13.8 KV).
Designing power plants requires absolute precision, let alone the beating "heart of energy" for Arafat. Spanning 4,200 sqm in the Holy Sites, this colossal structure acts as the impenetrable shield ensuring power stability and cooling systems for millions under extreme operational pressures.
This project demanded a complex, multi-story design to house massive transformers. Through precise engineering, we molded concrete and steel with the highest structural accuracy, guaranteeing a 100% safe environment capable of withstanding peak electrical loads.
It is an immense honor that our blueprints and legacy are harnessed for the comfort of the pilgrims.
