Today, we successfully concluded the second and final phase of the specialized training program "Hydraulic Proportional Valve Technology" for the engineers of Joramco! ✈️🔧
It was an intensive training journey that seamlessly blended rigorous theoretical knowledge with advanced practical application within our academy.
📜 This phase culminated in the distribution of globally accredited attendance certificates from REXROTH to all participating engineers, further empowering their professional expertise.
We extend our deepest gratitude to the Professor Ali Nayfeh Initiative and Al-Rifaie Group for their generous and ongoing support of this course, and for their continuous role in empowering and developing national engineering talents.

A powerful launch for the second phase of the Ali Nayfeh Initiative program with our clients from Joramco! ⚙️⚡

Today, we kicked off the first sessions of the second phase of the specialized training program, "Hydraulic Proportional Valve Technology," with an elite group of engineers from Joramco at our training academy! ✈️🔧

The first day featured a review and theoretical test of what was covered in the first phase, along with testing the 4-quadrant ramps (sequence of motion control).

We continue with you throughout this week to deliver high-level practical expertise! 🚀

اختتمنا اليوم بنجاح باهر اليوم الخامس والختامي للمرحلة الأولى من البرنامج التدريبي المتخصص "Hydraulic Proportional Valve Technology" لمهندسي شركة جورامكو (Joramco)!
على مدار 5 أيام، عاش مهندسونا رحلة تدريبية مكثفة جمعت بين المعرفة النظرية والتطبيق العملي المتطور داخل أكاديميتنا. وقد ركّز اليوم الأخير بشكل خاص على محاور تقنية هامة ومتقدمة شملت:
دراسة فرق الضغط (Δp): وتأثيره المباشر على التدفق (Flow Rate) بالتكامل مع قيمة الأمر (Command Value).
تحليل أثر فرق الضغط والسرعة على مسافة الكبح (Braking Distance).
الضبط الدقيق لمسافة الكبح المحددة بعد مفتاح التقارب (Proximity Switch).
ضبط جهود قِيَم الأوامر والمُنحدرات (Ramps) على وحدة قِيَم الأوامر (Command Value Module).
استكشاف وتتبع الأعطال وإصلاحها (Troubleshooting) للأنظمة الهيدروليكية البسيطة.
خطوة أولى ناجحة بكل المقاييس نُمّهّد بها للمرحلة الثانية القادمة لإكمال هذه الرحلة التدريبية المتكاملة، والتي ستُتَوّج بتسليم المشاركين شهادات حضور معتمدة عالمياً من (REXROTH) عند ختامها. 📜

Today, we successfully concluded Day 5 and the final step of Phase One of our specialized "Hydraulic Proportional Valve Technology" training program, designed for the brilliant engineering team at Joramco! ✈️
Across 5 days of intensive learning, hands-on application, and professional exchange at our Training Academy, today’s session focused on crucial advanced engineering concepts, including:
Pressure Differential (Δp) Analysis: Examining flow rates based on Δp and command values.
Braking Distance Dynamics: Evaluating the effects of pressure differential and velocity on braking distances.
Precision Adjustment: Setting defined braking distances after proximity switches.
Signal Calibration: Adjusting command value voltages and ramps on the command value module.
System Troubleshooting: Practical fault detection and troubleshooting for simple hydraulic systems.
This solid first step sets the stage for the upcoming Phase Two to complete the full training track—which will culminate in awarding participants globally accredited certificates from REXROTH upon completion! 📜

مستمرون في اليوم الرابع من دورة Hydraulic Proportional Valve Technology مع مهندسي شركة جورامكو والمدعومة من مبادرة علي نايفة لدعم القطاع الصناعي.

شهد جدول اليوم تطبيقات عملية مكثفة ركّزت على تفعيل المنحدرات (Ramp Activation) وقياسها بدقة، بالإضافة إلى تحليل أوامر التشغيل (Commands) ودراسة أثر العوامل الخارجية (External Factors) على أداء النظام الهيدروليكي.
