تعلن شركة الشعلة لتوريد المعدات الصناعية (عمّان – المقابلين) عن توفر فرص عمل لمهندسين للانضمام إلى فريقها الهندسي المتخصص في خطوط الإنتاج الصناعية (Production Lines) وماكنات التعبئة والتغليف (Packaging Machines) وأنظمة التوزين (Weighing Systems) وأنظمة النقل (Conveying Systems) وخطوط فرز الفواكه والتمور (Fruit & Dates Sorting Lines).

نبحث عن مهندسين طموحين يرغبون ببناء خبرة حقيقية في تصميم وتنفيذ المشاريع الصناعية والعمل الميداني مع العملاء.

الوظائف المطلوبة

🔹 مهندس ميكانيك – عدد (2)
🔹 مهندس كهرباء / ميكاترونكس – عدد (2)

المتطلبات:

- بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو الميكاترونكس
- خبرة 1 – 3 سنوات (ويُقبل حديثو التخرج المتميزون)
- إجادة استخدام البرامج الهندسية مثل SolidWorks & AutoCAD
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية قراءة وكتابة
- رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول
- القدرة على العمل الميداني والتعامل مع العملاء
- يفضل أن يمتلك مهارات التواصل الفني والقدرة على عرض الحلول الهندسية وبيعها للعملاء

طبيعة العمل:

⚙ العمل على تصميم وتركيب وتشغيل خطوط الإنتاج وماكنات التعبئة والتغليف
⚙ تصميم وتركيب وتشغيل مشاريع أنظمة النقل الصناعية
⚙ تركيب وتشغيل مشاريع خطوط فرز الفواكه والتمور
⚙ العمل على تصميم وتركيب وتنفيذ أنظمة التوزين الصناعية
⚙ التواصل مع العملاء وفهم احتياجاتهم وتقديم الحلول الهندسية المناسبة من معدات أو أنظمة أو قطع غيار أو صيانة

🌍 لدى الشركة مشاريع وفروع في السعودية وسلطنة عُمان والكويت ، لذلك قد يتطلب العمل السفر أحيانًا لتنفيذ المشاريع أو زيارة العملاء.

💰 الراتب يحدد حسب الكفاءة والخبرة.
