Nel 1960 il signor Luciano Bonente e la moglie Margherita emigrarono in Australia alla ricerca di nuove esperienze, dimostrando fin da subito uno spirito imprenditoriale.
Trascorsi alcuni anni e soddisfatti delle conoscenze acquisite, scelgono di rientrare in Italia, e mettere a frutto quanto acquisito nell’esperienza all’estero, fondando nel 1971 la ditta OVERSEA.
“OVERSEA”, il cui significato, oltre mare, nasce dalla volontà del signor Luciano e della moglie Margherita di dare valore e importanza all’esperienza di vita in Australia, gettando così le basi della nuova avventura imprenditoriale della famiglia Bonente, con un’impostazione dinamica e flessibile fin da subito che ha sempre contraddistinto l’azienda.
Negli anni a seguire l’azienda si sviluppa notevolmente indirizzandosi sempre più nello stampaggio e imbutitura a freddo dei metalli, specializzandosi nella produzione di accessori per canne fumarie.
Nel 1996, con l’inserimento in azienda dei figli Andrea e Stefania, la società si trasforma da artigianale a industriale, innovandosi e investendo sempre più in nuove tecnologie, diversificando la produzione e rivolgendosi oltre che al mercato nazionale anche a quello europeo e oggi a quello mondiale.
I nostri prodotti sono esportati in Spagna, Francia, Germania, Austria, Croazia, Danimarca, Gran Bretagna, Grecia, Lituania, Polonia, Repubblica Ceca, Romania, Russia, Slovenia e Turchia.

In 1960, Mr. Luciano Bonente and his wife Margherita emigrated to Australia to seek new experiences, demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit from the very beginning of their venture.
After a few years they felt satisfied with the knowledge they had gained and decided to return to Italy to put their newly attained expertise to good use by founding OVERSEA in 1971.
The very name of “OVERSEA” reflects the desire of Luciano and his wife Margherita to build on the value and importance of their life experience in Australia. This important background made it possible for them to lay the foundation of the new business venture of the Bonente family, which from the very beginning, has always been known for its dynamic and flexible approach.
In the years to come, the company grew bigger and bigger, heading increasingly towards moulding and cold drawing of metals and specialising in the production of chimney accessories.
In 1996, when Andrea and Stefania of the next generation joined the company, this small family business began innovating and investing more heavily in new technologies, diversifying production and venturing beyond the Italian market, first into Europe and now worldwide.
Our products are exported to , Spain, France, Germany, Austria, Croatia, Denmark, Great Britain, Greece, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Russia, Slovenia and Turkey.
