Nell’ambito della ns. produzione possiamo realizzare lavorazioni di taglio e saldatura LASER di inox e/o ferro fino ad
uno sp.1.5 mm e in alluminio fino ad uno sp.1 mm, con campo d’azione di 1000x500 mm, tramite cella robotizzata LASER a 5 assi, con testa di taglio capacitiva che permette di effettuare tagli anche su superfici non perfettamente piane e/o che presentano ondulazioni più o meno accentuate. Saldature a punti e/o in continuo sotto copertura di azoto in modo da ottenere una saldatura senza ossidazioni delle superfici unite, quindi chiara. MARCATURA LASER:
Possiamo realizzare marcature laser con una marcatura indelebile nel tempo. su svariati materiali quali acciaio inox – ferro – rame – alluminio - plastiche (adatte a questo tipo di lavorazione, es. tasti delle tastiere computer) -legno. Tali marcature possono essere scritte e/o disegni di forme curvilinee e/o geometriche, nell’ambito di un campo d’azione che va dai 270x270 mm partendo da un file DWG - DXF o JPEG e/o realizzato sulla stessa macchina secondo le specifiche del cliente. TORNITURA
Per mezzo di un tornio a controllo numerico con 5 assi, siamo in grado di realizzare pezzi di tornitura di svariate forme e dimensioni secondo specifiche del cliente. Diametri massimi tornibili: d.350

Si possono realizzare lotti di produzione medio/grandi, in quanto il tornio è alimentato da spingi-barra con passaggio barra d. 75 mm. con lunghezze variabili fino a 350 mm. FRESATURA
Grazie ad un centro di lavoro CNC a 5 assi, con magazzino utensili da 30 posti e controllo Siemens di facile utilizzo e programmazione, anche a bordo macchina, siamo in grado di realizzare lavorazioni nello spazio, di fresatura e foratura, anche profonde, avendo una pressione di 40 bar. su sistema di refrigerazione utensile interna ed esterna. Lavorazioni che ci permettono di produrre attrezzature varie, quali stampi e/o componenti su disegni e specifiche del cliente, per piccole e medie serie.

We realize under cover of nitrogen spot and/or continuously welding in order to obtain a welding without oxidation of the united surfaces, so it results clear. LASER MARKING:
We can produce laser marking with an indelible marking in time. On a variety of materials such as stainless steel - iron - copper - aluminium - plastics (suitable for this kind of working, ES.
