🟠⚫️ LAND/P: grandi superfici, massima efficienza.

LAND/P è la versione pieghevole della gamma Berti per la gestione di stocchi, sorgo e cover crops, progettata per trattori da 120 a 300 CV e disponibile in tre larghezze di lavoro: 400, 500 e 600 cm.

La doppia cassa in Strenx®, i controcoltelli e i tenditori automatici delle cinghie assicurano robustezza, affidabilità e continuità operativa anche nelle lavorazioni più impegnative.
I martinetti idraulici flottanti permettono alla macchina di seguire le irregolarità del terreno, mentre la chiusura compatta facilita e rende sicuro il trasporto su strada.

LAND/P può essere equipaggiata con mazze o coltelli, oltre a diversi accessori a richiesta per configurare la macchina in base alle esigenze di lavoro.

Fino a 6 metri di larghezza. Una sola macchina, grandi estensioni.

🟠⚫️ LAND/P: large working widths, maximum efficiency.

LAND/P is the folding version of the Berti range for managing stubble, sorghum and cover crops, designed for tractors from 120 to 300 CV and available in three working widths: 400, 500 and 600 cm.

The double Strenx® frame, counter-blades and automatic belt tensioners ensure robustness, reliability and continuous operation even during the most demanding tasks.
The floating hydraulic cylinders allow the machine to follow the contours of the ground, whilst the compact folding design makes road transport easier and safer.

The LAND/P can be fitted with hammers or blades, as well as various optional accessories to configure the machine according to specific working requirements.

Ogni mese vi portiamo all’interno della nostra produzione, per mostrarvi come nascono le nostre attrezzature.

09/2026 – Brandizzazione del prodotto

Una volta completato il montaggio e la verniciatura, ogni macchina passa attraverso le fasi finali di applicazione degli adesivi.

Gli adesivi identificano la macchina e ne completano l’aspetto, mentre i controlli finali verificano che ogni componente e ogni lavorazione siano conformi agli standard Berti.

È l’ultimo passaggio prima della consegna: quello in cui ogni dettaglio viene verificato per assicurare che la macchina sia pronta per il lavoro.

09/2026 – Decals application department

Once assembly and painting are complete, each machine goes through the final stage of decal application.

The decals identify the machine and complete its appearance, whilst the final checks ensure that every component and every process meets Berti’s standards.

This is the final step before delivery: the stage at which every detail is checked to ensure the machine is ready for work.

La doppia cassa imbullonata assicura robustezza e resistenza, mentre il rullo livellatore regolabile con campane imbullonate garantisce stabilità e un lavoro preciso anche sulle grandi superfici.
Il rotore può essere equipaggiato con mazze o coltelli, permettendo di configurare la macchina in base alle diverse esigenze di lavoro.

The KING/DT is a mulcher for stubble, sorghum and cover crops, designed for tractors ranging from 90 to 180 CV and available in three working widths: 200, 270 and 320 cm.

The double bolted frame ensures robustness and durability, whilst the adjustable levelling roller with bolted discs guarantees stability and precise operation even over large areas.
The rotor can be fitted with hammers or blades, allowing the machine to be configured to suit different working requirements.

TSB è la trinciatrice Berti progettata per trattori da 60 a 140 CV, disponibile in sette larghezze di lavoro: 160, 180, 200, 220, 230, 250 e 280 cm.

La doppia cassa assicura robustezza e resistenza, mentre i controcoltelli avvitati contribuiscono a un’efficace azione di trinciatura.
Il rotore può essere equipaggiato con mazze o coltelli, permettendo di adattare la macchina alle diverse esigenze di lavoro.
Sono inoltre disponibile, su richiesta, le slitte per aumentare stabilità e il kit per l’affinamento della potatura, per una gestione ancora più efficace del materiale vegetale.

08/2026 – Montaggio 2
In questa fase si completa il ciclo di assemblaggio: ogni postazione di lavoro riceve un carrello dedicato, preparato con tutti i componenti e gli accessori necessari per ultimare la macchina.

Grazie all'integrazione tra il magazzino verticale automatizzato e il magazzino, ogni elemento viene prelevato e reso disponibile con precisione e rapidità, ottimizzando tempi, organizzazione e continuità del processo produttivo.

Un sistema efficiente che permette ai nostri operatori di concentrarsi su ciò che conta di più: realizzare ogni macchina Berti con la qualità e l'attenzione ai dettagli che ci contraddistinguono.

Every month, we take you behind the scenes of our production facilities to show you how our equipment is made.

08/2026 – Final assembly department
This stage marks the completion of the assembly cycle: each workstation is provided with a dedicated trolley, stocked with all the components and accessories needed to finish the machine.

Thanks to the integration between the automated vertical storage system and the warehouse, each component is retrieved and made available with precision and speed, optimising time, organisation and the continuity of the production process.

An efficient system that allows our operators to focus on what matters most: building every Berti machine with the quality and attention to detail that set us apart.

🟠⚫️ TA: Trinciatrice per argini e fossi dalle grandi nelle prestazioni.

TA è una trinciatrice progettata per la manutenzione di argini, fossi e bordi strada, applicabile a trattori da 80 a 120 CV. Garantisce una trinciatura efficace di erba, rovi e vegetazione fino a 7–8 cm di diametro ed è disponibile in cinque larghezze di lavoro: 160, 180, 200, 220 e 250 cm.

La scatola ingranaggi interna al corpo macchina consente alla trinciatrice di rientrare maggiormente nella carreggiata del trattore, questo le conferisce versatilità rendendola utilizzabile in molteplici impieghi. La doppia cassa in acciaio Strenx® garantisce elevata resistenza e affidabilità nel tempo, mentre il rotore può essere configurato con mazze o coltelli per adattarsi alle diverse esigenze operative.

Per affrontare anche le condizioni più impegnative, TA può essere equipaggiata con il sistema brevettato AntiShock, che assorbe gli urti accidentali, e con XFloat, il sistema che consente al gruppo trinciante di seguire il profilo del terreno in modo fluido e preciso.

🟠⚫️ TA: High-performance mulcher for embankments and ditches.

The TA is a mulcher designed for the maintenance of embankments, ditches and roadside verges, suitable for tractors ranging from 80 to 120 CV. It ensures effective mulching of grass, brambles and vegetation up to 7–8 cm in diameter and is available in five working widths: 160, 180, 200, 220 and 250 cm.

The gearbox housed within the machine body allows the mulcher to sit closer to the tractor’s track, giving it versatility and making it suitable for a wide range of applications. The double Strenx® steel housing ensures high strength and long-term reliability, whilst the rotor can be configured with hammers or blades to suit different operational requirements.

To tackle even the most demanding conditions, the TA can be fitted with the patented AntiShock system, which absorbs accidental impacts, and with XFloat, the system that allows the mulching unit to follow the ground contours smoothly and precisely.
